Collection, Returns & Cancellations
Fresh cupcakes are delicate, time-sensitive and made specifically for you.
Collection
Orders are collection only from the TW3 area. Please arrive at the agreed time and transport boxes on a flat, cool surface.
Changes
Request changes as early as possible. Once ingredients, toppers or preparation have been committed, changes may not be possible and may incur costs.
Cancellations
Bespoke, large or short-notice orders may be non-refundable once preparation or purchasing has begun. Any applicable refund is considered according to the stage of the order.
After collection
Please check your order at handover. Whiskd Bakes cannot be responsible for damage caused by handling, transport or storage after collection.
