Orders and availability
All products are made to order and subject to availability. Enquiries do not constitute a confirmed booking.
Pricing and confirmation
Website prices are estimates. Custom designs, toppers, branding and urgent requests may cost more. An order is confirmed only after final pricing, collection details and payment arrangements are agreed.
Customer details
Customers are responsible for supplying accurate dates, contact details, design information and allergy disclosures before confirmation.
Handmade products
Small variations in colour, finish and placement are natural in handcrafted products and do not constitute a fault.
